  • Project Cancellation by Spyral Media: If we are unable to complete the project due to internal factors.
  • Duplicate Payments: In the event of duplicate payments or errors, a full refund will be provided.

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Dissatisfaction after the service has been delivered as per the agreed terms.
  • Delays caused by the client, such as lack of communication or failure to provide necessary materials.
  • Change of mind after the project has commenced.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide the invoice number, project details, and reason for the refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

3. Refund Amount

  • Full Refund: For services that have not been initiated.
  • Partial Refund: For projects partially completed, based on the portion of work already delivered.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Processing fees or costs incurred for third-party tools, subscriptions, or software are non-refundable.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.


5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Consultation fees.
  • Services already completed as per the agreement.
  • Subscriptions or software purchased on behalf of the client.

6. Amendments to This Policy

Spyral Media reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
